Deposits
Reservation Deposit* - All reservations require a $50.00 deposit due at the time of reservation with balance due Pick-up or Delivery of Equipment.  Deposit is non-refundable but will be applied toward Rental Fees.

Security Deposit* - $100.00 security deposit required for trailer rentals. Deposit is refundable upon of return provided the trailer is as clean and undamaged inside and outside as when it was received. Before returning trailer, remember to remove all personal items and trash from the Trailer.

Towing Deposit* - An additional $100.00 deposit will required if the Renter wishes to tow the trailer rather than have it delivered. This will also be refundable upon return provided the trailer is as clean and undamaged inside and outside as when it was received.

Service Charge* If a representative of Pre-Cooler is called to service any equipment or connections provided for the event, a minimum of $25.00 service charge may be deducted from the security deposit, if it is determined that the failure and need for assistance was caused by misuse or neglect of the equipment.

Tailgate Trailer - $750 for Single Day Rental. Additional days and delivery charges will be quoted at time of reservation. All deposits listed above will be doubled for Tailgate trailer. Generator included with Tailgate rental.

 

Generator - Single Day  $50   Additional days $25 /day   Net Games Set-up   $50  Jockey Box rental $25 /day  

Water Cooler Rental $25 /day    Water Jugs (filled) $10 each   Propane Tanks $25 each

Delivery Charges (All charges based on one way distance)

Local – Up to 10 Miles - $50                       Area – 11 to 25 Miles - $100

Regional  –  26 to 50 Miles - $150               Long Range – 51 to 100 Miles - $200

Distances over 100 Miles will be negotiated at time of rental, based on Mileage and Time of transport.
